Cheating in daily chess

Some chess players （specially indians）use chess engines to decide their moves in daily chess.The players around 1600s play grandmaster level moves sometimes.How can i identify such cheaters before the game？

You can't.
And what is worse, you are not allowed to make such accusations in the forum.

if they were cheating they would not have 1600 rating.
A different thing is that you are weak and a sore loser.
