Maybe get the numbers straight. First of all, wilson, you are NOT a 2200 player.You have 2206 bullet, 1799 blitz, 1677 standard. Since playing skill has the biggest influence on standard and bullet is more about speed you are a 1600-1700 player. Quite a huge difference.
In my own experience, most players rated >1700 standard make very few real mistakes. The exception would be me, who DOES make a lot of mistakes. But then again, I am sure I will drop below 1700 pretty soon.
Stupid question: Where did he say those were correspondence games? If that guy had 1800 life chess blitz or long that would be pretty damn good.
As a senior, I have to wonder why it's important for players to cheat anyway.
