When I was a little child, i.e. years ago, I remember playing a game with another child who was winning but, then, made a mistake leading to the stalemate. I said 'it's a draw' but, sadly, not only that child but all others watching decided that I simply lost and, even worse, tried to cheat. So, by a democratic procedure I was announced a loser
cheating (by playing for a draw)
The rules of chess are there for everyone to use. You can not fault someone for using the rules to their advantage. This is not cheating in any way.
to all the point I was makig during any game when a player is loseing I think they play for a draw
Don't be ridiculous. Not everyone who is in a losing position plays for a draw; some people actually resign; others play until the bitter end. By the way, I checked out your games currently available for viewing. I only saw two games ending in a draw. Both were by stalemate. In each case you had a significant material advantage and should have won. It was your choice of move(s) that left your opponent not in check but with no place to legally move.
years ago I played a game and got a completely blocked pawn position; my opponent had more time on the clock than I; guess what he did? He ran his king around behind the pawns until I ran out of time. I won't make THAT mistake again.

That wouldn't be possible in an OTB game under FIDE rules, and online chess is only a way to learn and have some fun after all.
sorry to all nor a draw game when you both want it ,i mean when the player knows they are losing they play the same moves so the game ends
It's your responsibility to prevent 3-time repetition of the same position if you are winning.
A draw by repetition only happens if both sides repeat the same position 3 times. If you want to win, don't do that.
