if you were disconnected that's on you, and you should lose. It has nothing to do with your opponent.
Are you aware that:
1) discussion of cheating must not take place in this main forum - but in the specially-created group ... cheating-forum (refer to chesscom-policy-on-cheating )
2) accusing someone publicly by name is against site policy; report your suspicions directly to chess.com in private (refer to cheating-at-chess-on-chesscom---questions-and-answers)
3) disconnections occurring during Live Chess games are NOT cheating - merely a fact of life on the internet.
