He played normal in the first fase and then continued to blitz out all best moves in the end - crushing me (and others) in less than 30 sec. He started his cheating on May 22 with bullet 1 min - with 99% win rate in bullet. Before that he was struggling to reach a rating of 500 in 10 min - with a normal win/loss %...

This is a HUGE no no. You can't discuss cheating in the forum. Worse is getting a bunch of people to gang up on someone who you say is cheating.

I’m pretty sure discussions about cheating isn’t allowed in forums. I’d just report and pass, don’t care if they didn’t get banned.
