My mother gave me Cheetos while I was playing live chess. Is this considered cheating or a form of cheating? Is this illegal or against the rules?

She gave you those Cheetos because she didn't want to eat them herself.  Only the original Cheetos is tasty.  All other flavors are just sitting on the shelves waiting for the clearance sale.
