Chess App bugs

I’ve won several games and they were counted as loses or draws because the of app glitches. One example is it’s impossible to make 4 mores with less than .01 secs left on the clock yet this was counted as a loss when clearly my opponent ran out of time!

Another was when the chess.com app called a few games draws when repeating moves were NOT made especially by my part but also by my opponent’s.

I complained but nothing yet. There needs to be a review system in place to see if the app was bugging out and secondly if they were somehow cheating to gain an advantage somehow.

Nothing is more frustrating than to know you won a game and not be awarded the victory!

I’m sure there are others that have experienced this injustice. It needs to be fixed and there needs to be a way to appeal a game in these instances.

There are plenty of bugs, but if chess.com says it’s a repetition, it’s a repetition whether you see it or not. The same position doesn’t have to appear on the board back to back 3 times, you could have the same position on move 20, move 40, and move 60 and it would count as a draw
