I don't know too many books but you could try the soviet chess primer. Looking at some of your games you need to practice tactics and not blundering pieces. Play longer slower games. Try to get a book on tactics/puzzles if you like to learn that way.

I very much like Patrick Wolff's "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Chess." For a rank beginner, it is a wonderful introduction to all phases of the game--especially tactics. It has so many diagrams that you can read it without a board if you like.
Another fabulous book for pure tactics (checkmates) is Laszlo Polgar's "Chess: 5334 Problems . . ." It is huge, affordable, and filled with enough checkmate challenges to keep you busy for the next decade. Plus, at the end you'll find over 600 miniature games focusing on various themes of the middlegame and endgame. If that's not enough to get you going in the right direction, you need a compass.
