"award-winning" doesn't count when it's your sister or the publishing company who created the awards and you won.
Chess books for COVID boredom!

I appreciate the immediate leap to negativity the internet has given us.
The first book in the series, Even Dead Men Play Chess, was awarded 5 Stars from Readers' Favorite, a book review site.
The second book, The Grandmaster's King, won 2nd place for best mystery in the Idaho State (USA) Author Awards in 2014, and the chess group, Chess Club Live, awarded it the Chess Book of the Year (fiction).
Finally, Till Tomorrow, was also awarded Chess Book of the Year (fiction). by Chess Club Live in 2017.
It's true that none of them won a Pulitzer, but I don't know any of the people who felt compelled to award my books what they did. Thank you for your concern, though.
My award-winning chess related mystery series is now available on Kindle for only .99 cents each! If you want to enjoy chess while you're home, but had enough of tactics puzzles, here you go!
