Chess Coach Challenge

They should make a chess coach challenge where Masters (All NM's, FMs, or IMs) take in a 1000-1300 elo youngster and teach him/her for a year, and then after a year all the youngsters play each other in a tournament (Also before the coaching begins there can be a tournament between the youngsters to see who's the top player before the coaching begins). A prize is then rewarded to the chess coach who's pupil wins.

And the coach gets a best coach reward.

Just an interesting suggestion
