Anyone know of a good resource for finding a reliable and prficient chess coach?

I knew there had to be. But the menus on this site are so populated, and so numerous, it can be a bit difficult to find something like this.

Anyone here a coach or worked with a coach they could suggest? that list is quite daunting and with no ratings and the ability for coaches to delete negative comments, it is difficult to find someone.
