I doubt that. They usually stream on Twitch and Youtube. Nakamura uses Kick also. Lichess broadcasts games, and then you have all the other streamers out there to "watch" games. You can also see the moves made in major events. If this is some private thing for chesscom only events, then they lose out. Global awareness reigns, and from Carlsen's comments regarding Alireza's recent actions, chesscom most likely wants viewers.
