chess.com autoreconnect is rubbish

CHESS.com auto reconnect on phone apps doesn't work well at all. It's bias to countries with good wifi connections. Why won't you add a function to log off and log back in again when a problem with connection occurs? Surely it can't be that hard can it?
Agreed. I use it on my iPad and there are lot of lags like that whereas when I am using it on my computer there are no lags. Hope that chess.com works on it.
Don't use a phone app is like don't play chess for me. I want to play, there is an app, it has problems. Improving problems rather than running away from them is a bolder way to be. It's like saying don't be crap. What a pathetic reply. Why did you bother?
