@baddogno: come on. u mean exchange rate just doubled !!. I just checked they are showing same price on mobile app and double on pc , by the way exchange rate is same , they must be looting in some countries.

The site is doing some country specific pricing I believe but it may not be implemented across both the website and apps at this point.
If you are seeing a lower price on one, just purchase there. But my guess is the one that is showing lower is a different currency and you'll find they are actually the same, depending on how the exchange rate is calculated.
Marketing team sucks, this was time for price drop not doubling it. when everyone is stuck at home their will be more chance that people will buy the membership and study for improvement. My friends and i was waiting over a week for the speed chess to start , hoping that as a promotion they will drop the price. I mean every service is dropping price to get more out of this time but chess.com people are "too smart" to get that idea. yeah well now you guys can keep your membership and i will spend my money on some other site.
