I don't know if there is a forum for this yet but there should be. The error I found was in lessons the first one in tactics galicia vs I forget and the answer is correct but the note that appears if you take on a2 is completely wrong and such a response lets you win.

You will have to provide better information that that if you want anyone to check out your comment. When you go to the lessons section, there should be a list of the recent lessons you have completed. How about posting the link?

This must be the game. Yes, according to a computer, Rxa2 will draw... but there is a much better move that wins immediately.

I found the lesson and don't see where they say anything like "fxe6 wins for white". It's black's move to start the problem and fxe6 is not an answer to the first move black has to find, because white then gets mated in one move.
Are you talking about something that happens when you try to finish the game versus the computer? It is possible that fxe6 becomes a move after white sacrifices his queen to stop the mate threat . Is that what you are talking about?
If you play random moves for black, there are some positions where white would get to play fxe6, but those only happen black has badly misplayed the position. You should go back and do the lesson again. You missed one of the fine points of the lesson about a zwischenzug that is important.
