chess.com images bug

For some reason, the images, chessboard, and pieces have not shown up on chess.com for a month now. 

I tried clearing the cache, but the issue persists.

Is this bug only affecting me, or are there others who also cannot see the images?

Personally, I have had no problems seeing chessboards, images, etc.

Have you tried changing devices? 

Have you tried making a temporary alt to see if you can see them on a different account?

Are you on a Chromebook managed by a school or company?

Currently, yes.

Although, I've been able to see images on chess.com before on this computer.

Are you allowed to make temporary alts? Isn't that against TOS?

Technically, no, but if you make one and then close it the same day... I dont see much of a harm in that.

There are a number of members with similar issues and it is most likely something specific to the security setup of those devices and something changed on that end.

I see. Does this mean that there's nothing I can do?
