You could talk to your IT people and ask if they can pinpoint why it's happening and if it's something they can make modifications for. I think it might have something to do with how the site hosts some files, since not everything is hosted directly on the chess.com domain. Probably the settings are disallowing files not on the base domain from loading, but that's speculation based on knowing how some devices can get locked down by admins.
Ultimately, it could be fixed by hosting all files on the main domain, but that is a pretty major change to how the site works.

from my knowledge it can also not load if the school limits how much files can be shown before internet cuts them off but i dont see why they would do that but it happens a lot in other apps but idk why here
