Chess.com is acting strangely

So I have a couple of points to talk about.
1. I cannot chat in games, despite having chat turned on.
2. Each time I post in forums, it's marked as "spam" for no good reason.
3. My profile picture doesn't show up in games.
4. My friend got banned for no reason - she did nothing wrong. So if you're reading this - if you're banned for no reason, then you'll know why. This site is buggy. The staff don't give three flying pawns. They just want money.
Why is this happening? Chess.com staff should grow up and work harder on this site.
