Mate, if you were true to the martial arts and indeed the samurai you would have better control of your ego.

Try Budo.

In martial arts, in life and indeed chess.

Where is the respect for people here who in martial arts terems are your sempai?

Nothing to do with ego its irritating seeing keyboard warriors online who act like tough guys but don't talk the same in real life

Btw, if telling you your mistake and explaining to you what to do about it, is not "help", I wonder what help is to you. A hot chocolate and brownies with a sweet kiss on your cheek?

I come back to like 10 replies haha you got nothing better to do than try to argue with random people? Your life must be boring, I wish you the best. Ps please don't try to talk to people like this in real life or I could end badlyhappy.png

You're a cry baby. I do sports and martial arts, you do whining and complaining. Shame on you.

that doesn't mean anything, if it's unfair it's normal to complain

If your attitude towards the martial arts is anything like your attitude towards chess then I think she will be alright.

As for veiled threats towards strangers on a forum, not only should you be kicked from this group but as a martial artist its very disrespectful behaviour.  I see you are in the UK, can you share which dojo/affiliation you train at and under which Sensei please?

Threat? I was saying if this person talks to people in real life with the same tone as me I would end badly for them very far from a theat... don't put words in my mouth.

I don't really know how to play chess and have never won a game but I keep getting put against people who have played 100s of games and get checkmated quick... my first game was against someone who had won 150 games and I had won 0. Why doesn't it put me against other new players?

I feel you there, but I wouldn't say that makes chess.com unfair, they may just have not found the right opponent for you at that time, and you wouldn't have enjoyed waiting, would you? If anything, its actually great if you get paired up with higher rated opponent, wouldn't that like give you experience or sumin? I mean, how thrilled would you be to play with a world champion in chess? Consider that similar to your situation, just that the person may or may not be a world champion. Yet.

And I may be wrong there but I think chess.com provides for selecting rating range for your opponent sometimes so you get paired up with people within that specific rating. (Or this may just be a thing in daily chess, I don't remember well)

This thread gets better. Not only has the incredibly childish OP now closed their account but @aiden5808 the spamtard has seen fit to contribute!

Chess, com Managers are cheats, they have the power when and how to eat up your time and turns the table upside down on you, it is so bizarre how they make you to loose a game when internet connection is excellent and your opponent is left with no power and is lost in time as well but they freezes his time which is in Nano seconds and eats up your time makes. They are the King of Jungle its upto them to lay an egg or give birth to a baby.

Why does Chess.com always puts you in blitz with people with 50 points of ELO higher than you? Few minutes ago I was put with a 580 and I was 487. What is this??

I criticise them for being unfair, they don't like criticism, they compels you to buy their expertise, which I don't want/like, so they put you against bots and at times when you are certain to win they freezes your attempt to make the moves hence you ends up losing the game due to time. They show your internet connection as disconnected whereas it is actually excellent. Their clock eats up time at will.
