Chess.com lags while playing bullet

i premove still it take 0.2, 0.5 sec,0.7 sec and lose on time even though up on time against my opponent

Forget bullet, I once lost a rapid game cause of this

Woah same. I remember before it takes like 0.8 sec to premove in bullet whether im winning or not. I'm not lagging too much as before but this also happens similarly

sometimes it works perfectly but most of the time it lags and thats why i am not able to win against high rated player and my elo is stuck

Mostly in mobiles I see the opponents move 5 secs or 7secs later causing a loss

So I always use a laptop/PC

Premoves shouldn’t take even 0.1 seconds though, it feels really unfair

OH....

This doesn't happen on Lichess tho, the Chess.com team needs to take care of theirs

is there any solution?
