Chess.com membership issues

How often does this happen here? Just worried....I have raised a dispute resolution with paypal....

Go to Help --> Billing Issues, and the Support team should be able to help you.

I have emailed them..no response except automatic revert..i also wrote to order@chess.com and also raised disputeresolution via paypal..hope it gets resolves.. USD 29 is not something you want to just give up in Indian rupees
