It is very difficult to say. My rapid is about 1800 but USCF is about 950. I think I am at the low end though, most are within 300pts or so
Chess.com Rapid Rating to FIDE Rapid?

Hi everyone, my Rapid rating on Chess.com is 1600-ish, I would like to know how that would translate to my FIDE Rapid Rating. My guess is that it would be about 1100?
my fide rating is around 1700, but my chess.com is 1630

Ok, but, when was your last USCF tournament, and how many tournaments have you gone to in the last year?
Since the pandemic started, haven't been playing OTB. At the time I was still playing OTB, I believe I was closer to 1600 on here though. My guess is a combo of I'm not great at longer time controls and my club is reasonably strong

The rapid rating economy can greatly differ in different countries. This is because few people travel overseas to play in rapid events (compared to classical events). I don't know what the rating economy is in the UK, so you could be anywhere from 1000-ish to 1800+ in your country.
If you'd like a better estimate, my suggestion would be to take a look at the rapid ratings of your own countrymen with FIDE Standard Rating of 1200 to 1400.
