Chess.com Rating Inflation

The inflation can vary severely. However, the inflation is usually about 200-300 points (say using your chess.com blitz or rapid).
What rating would put you into bottom 10 percent of FIDE?
I'm assuming chess.com rating and other online ratings are somewhat inflated compared to OTB ratings (FIDE, USCF), I was wondering how severe that inflation may be (considering the person actively plays OTB as well as online through chess.com), if there is an inflation at all.
