How accurately does the chess.com rating system estimate one's ELO rating?

I mean, I have a rapid rating of 1322 as of now on this site. Will my ELO rating also revolve around that number if I play on FIDE rated tournaments?

I would say no, I am rated a couple of hundred points higher on other chess sites, that don't use ELO.
