Chess.com Ratings Compared to FIDE/USCF

Hello, all. I was wondering about the correlation between chess.com's rapid/standard rating to FIDE and USCF ratings. Some people tell me that it is inflated, but others have told me that their chess.com standard/rapid ratings are much lower than their OTB ratings. Your ideas would greatly be appreciated.
