I wonder why you need more than one account. Isn't that disallowed?
Chess.com staff doesn't know how to recover account
@jjupiter6 I have this account to test new openings against players of similar ratings that I face on my main account; it would be risky to try it on my main account,

Sorry - Chess.com only allows members one account: https://support.chess.com/article/596-can-i-have-multiple-accounts
If your main account is re-opened, you will need to close this one. The IP address is about verifying your identity: however, I think they might have missed a step and not reset the email connected to that account: I have done that now, so please try again.

If the opening was bad he would lode points if he lost.

That's pretty pathetic. If you lose a game due to a bad opening, don't play it again and work on winning games to restore your rating. Don't you think you can win a game? It's just points on a website, anyway.

Well, @david and I dont understand why titled players are allowed more than 1 account. I guess the rules should be same for everyone and not in favour of someone.

Very true.
I decided to delete my main account, username 'JZ10111', however three days ago I wanted to recover it so I decided to send a message to chess.com staff. Received a reply today saying it was fixed however I still can't sign in. Now they want my IP address, I wonder why.....
