Because Lichess ratings are obviously inflated. Please don't leave chess.com, lichess has almost no cheat detection and support.

People who say bad stuff will either get muted or ignored. I like the elo system in chess.com and it actually says an accurate number of your rating(is it glicko or glicko 2 for chess.com I forgot). And also it is just 30 rating points you can always come back. Like if you tilt all your rating away, you will lose it, but only temporary. You have your choice now and something tells me that chess.com will not care about this problem.
