Chess.Com Support????

Chess.com are not answering emails or giving support.  I tried to set up a subscription which went wrong their end - but still took money which I cannot afford.  Trying for three weeks to contact them - no responses to my request for refund.   Used to be very good service - gone wrong- anyone else having these problems with support and help?
