They say add about 150-200 to your chess.com. So if you’re 1700 on chess.com you’re probably 1850-1900 on lichess

Sounds about right. I would add that on lower levels, the difference can be around 300 points, and on higher levels, let's say 2 200 and up, the rating is simillar, maybe it is 50 points difference, while on the highest levels, lichess rating is actually lower (because here there are more strong GMs and super GMs).
The difference should be between 200-300. However, the rating gap would slowly close as you reach 2200.
