chess elo is kinda messed up

I am a person a bit below 300 elo and the games I’ve been getting have been kinda insane lately. There is a good amount of people who just don’t blunder and since I usually blunder once a game I lose. Also there’s people in that amount who get moves better than best move. I just find it really difficult to play chess when at some of 5e lowest Elo’s one blunder will cost you the entire game.

Also in a game that the guy got 2 great moves and 0 blunders chess said I played like 550 elo and the other guy played like 950 elo. Even though we both are below 300.

Staff also rigged the site so that there is way more lag on here than on the other site, known as Lichess.
The site doesn't create artificial lag.
