Try to stay positive and don't cut yourself down! Negative self talk is not going to help you improve.

Speaking of improving, a tiny piece of advice. I watched a bunch of your games, and most of the time as black your first move is pawn to e5, followed by on your second move defending that pawn with another pawn. You want to be defending the e5 pawn with a knight on the second move. The reason is, as black you act after white, so you are a move behind in everything you are doing, and you need to make sure to develop your minor pieces (bishops and knights) quickly and castle your king to safety. If you aren't able to develop as quickly as white, you are going to be at a major disadvantage.

Overall though, you ARE improving. And some of your games have pretty high accuracy for your rating level. You just gotta stay positive and keep at it!

Change chess teacher. There is nothing better than a human to teach you. Go to my profile , I was 250 started taking classes, go to 1000. However you can do it without classes too, I stopped going, practiced on my own and reached nearly 1600. Here is what you should do-

1) learn openings

2) solve puzzles

3) check before moving wether any prove of yours is hanging

4) play 2-4 rapid (10+0 or 15+10) daily, no more or less than that

dont do-

1) play too much

2)play bullet

3)keep playing when u are losing

4) move on to next match before analysing mistakes

Recommendation chess habits by chessbrah. It helps massively.

Read some of the classic instruction books. I recommend Fred Reinfeld’s Complete Chess Course and Irving Chernev’s Logical Chess Move by Move, Practical Chess Endings, and The Most Instructive Games of Chess Ever Played. Take a few weeks to read and understand these. You will be better off than if you played others at your level for a year.

Sorry for the late reply, how many games did it take you to reach 1000, I have played 300 games and I'm only 400

A month have passed, and you still play random moves without thinking.

There were some good advice given in this topic, but good advice is worthless if you don't follow it.

Just pick some openings. And play a lot. In my case, I memorized openings when I was starting. I know many will oppose memorizing. But that's how I learned. I did not solve tactics every day. Openings and playing every day. Just keep your chess brain working.
