Chess Elo Rating Drop?

Is it just me or has the chess.com elo rating dropped a ton? I was once 800 elo and I dropped down to like 300 (yeah, i suck a lot).

Just rest and don’t play after 1 loss on a day. The reason of tilt is because after you lose you seek to gain the elo back fast which makes you play fast and you need to let that go and then play tomorrow
