Hi everyone! I just started playing chess about a week ago. I've been really struggling with my endgames they've been pretty bad against strong players, and I'm having a big issue playing against any players near 1700. I'm really not sure how chess truly works and I'd love some suggestions on what I should read to learn good tactical endgames. I seem to be spending a lot of time as well playing very conservatively until I get hit back with counters
