Chess Engine Cheaters do Exist

First, to anybody who says that not too many people are using chess engines on this site, are wrong. When you have people with less than 100 games played and they are playing like GM's, it is a clear sign that they are using a chess engine, and as most people know, their are a lot of people on this site like that. Second, as any rational person would agree, anyone who uses a chess engine is a chess troll, and they are not devolping any skill in chess, and therfore they are wasting their time just so they can bother people who actually are trying to devlop their chess skills. MY point: don't tell me people aren't using chess engines on this site. And of course we have the clock cheaters, and anybody who has seen a clock cheater, knows the evidence of clock cheating can actually be seen.
