I have shredder. Its not bad. I find myself just using chess.coms analysis its just easier. However chess.coms analysis is a bit suspect sometimes. Shredder is the only one I've heard of that works on Mac though so I'd go with that.

if you are looking for a GUI, then you should go for ExaChessLite. The best availible for Mac.
Is there any software like the windows based programs chessmaster,fritz,rybka for mac computers?
