How do we oldtimers continue to cope? How do we continue to withstand the slings and arrows of outrageous symptoms of aging?
Personally, I use the mantra I learned from Bill Murray in Meatballs. Whenever a new symptom of aging pops up, I think of his pep talk chant with his young campers, and replay it in my head: "It Just Doesn't Matter! It Just Doesn't Matter!"
For old Folks: You are certainly getting older because you remember when you hair was brown and your teeth were white lol.
