Hi! I am moving to Germany soon and was wondering how does the chess league for club players work?
I will be living in Berlin/Potsdam adn hve a Fide rating of around 2050... If anyone knows about a chess club or smth will be helpful!

Cheers

just google the Berlin-based chess clubs and competitions, and you'll find plenty to give them a try. And every chess club member will be most helpful when learning about your high ELO rating and will willingly produce further information :-)

Would you like to play in the Catalan circuit's chess tournaments? We offer rooms during the tournament.

Yeah that sounds amazing... Where exactly is it happening and what would be the process. I am on the progress of becoming a member of the SC Borussia Lichtenberg but as of now I dont have a DWZ ID but I do have a FIDE ID. I am quite interested in it and would love to join the tournament...
