There's one on Amsterdam in the Netherlands, and the World Chess Hall of Fame, which is situated in the Central West End neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri, United States. Those are the only two that I know of, a quick google search should reveal if you have one near you.
Someone knows of a Chess Museum anywhere in the world?
