The dutch defence is where black plays an early f5 against white's d5. The stonewall variation is where black places pawns on c6, d5, e6 and f5. This forms a strong pawn chain (hence stonewall) with control over e4 (where black may place a knight) but with some dark square weaknesses *e.g. e5).

There is no need for black to play the dutch - instead, the stonewall can result from the queen's gambit declined, and other variations even.

Interesting. I didn't know that the Stonewall attack existed for white. I have never come across it.
I did know that the stonewall for black could results from QGD and a few other variations.
