Hello, Gillian, I'm not playing on chess.com, but I would be happy to discuss various stuff. I'm trying to find appropriate reply as Black against d4. So far I've tried Caro-Kann, but it's too passive, Dutch Leningrad. It's nice, it's hard to avoid, but King's pawn structure looks weird. Now I'm playing KID and I'm also unsure (K pawn structure (I like flat) and Nf6).

I am looking for a chess partner around my rating, somewhere between 1300 and 1500. (I may accept higher or lower, just ask). My reason for asking is that I think it would be fun and helpful to get to know someone else with a passion for chess. I would be looking to play online and/or live chess games, discuss openings, analyze finished games, and just get to know each other in general. I am looking for someone who plays almost every day, and preferably someone that can play online games on a mobile device. I will accept more than one request, but I don't want too many because I would like to get to know the people I am playing with.
As a side note, if this idea interests you, feel free to "steal" my friends. Who knows, maybe we can get a smaller sub-community going, and eventually start a group.
