Chess PDA

Hi,

Is there any separate PDA for chess? 

I mean is there any special device for chess like hand video game that has chess engine to play with us? and to save/store games? If so how much it cost? where can I get it?

In the day and age of smart-phones and other hand-held computers is it still necessary to have devices dedicated to a single piece of software?  I think if I were in your shoes I'd look at an iPhone, Android or other similar device and seek out chess software for them.

I am from India.. Here it cost around 35,000 rs...which many cant afford. so only asked is there any special device for it? which can be affordable.
