Chess Position Trainer, EPD and Stockfish?

Ok folks, software question here.

Chess Position Trainer will produce an EPD file of the leaf nodes of an opening tree to be analyzed by an engine. Once analyzed, with the centipawn evaluation in the EPD file, it can be re-imported. CPT will then backsolve openings based on evaluations stored in EPD files. 

My problem is that I can't figure out for the life of me how to do the analysis portion of this. Arena suppossedly will do batch analysis of an EPD file, but I can't figure out how to get the analysis saved back into the EPD file.

Has anyone done this successfully and if so, can you walk me through it?
