when Someone achives the IGM title is it possible to lose it or its life time title ?

It's a lifetime title.
I'm presently rated by chess.com at 1385 and in the 79.9th percentile of daily chess. Is that possible with a rating as low as this to be in the 79.9th percentile of 6MM players? Your thoughts?
My rating started out as 1000 not 1200. Is this supposed to be like this?

if you say you are low experience, yes, i dont know the format real good but it's about that.

Depends how you gave your chess skill level during registration.
From what I know,
New -----> 800
Beginner -----> 1000
Intermediate -----> 1200
Expert -----> 1800

That may be, but at least this thread provides some useful information for people who aren't familiar with how ratings work.
That's a lot more than what most threads accomplish.
