Is there any inflation in rating system last 2-3 months? I have increased my rating by 100-150 points with no training and learning so much. I see Nakamura has reached 3200+, other players have 3000+ too.

Two-minute games and the likes can change a person's ratings very quickly. Quite a few games can be played in a day.
Should there be a limit on how many points a person can move up in a day? They would say no, because they work hard for the abilities to play so fast.

Back when I started playing chess and studying not as much my rating was higher on here. Now I got a membership and study. All my rating does is go down I have found when I'm focusing on chess a lot. When I stop focusing on chess I play better and my rating goes back up. Never to the level I was at a few years back. I made it 1394 and it has been a decline ever since. So I continue to ask myself. Why do I pay? Seems my results of study hurt me. It's because I enjoy it. I do play way better at the chess club though than I used to.
When you learn new things your chess rating can drop down. while you testing it all out & stuff trying to get to grips with what you just learnt. Look at my rating bar it's been up & down like a Yo yo. I learn more new stuff & my rating will drop bad. But I always come back stronger
because ther r things we can do to give us an edge. when positions got extra sharp, Beth Harmon (my fav' chess player of all time) would get up from the board during a tournament and splash cold water on her face in the restroom. The Queen's Gambit - Walter Tevis
doesnt have the same effect when sitting at home in front of a computer
Join an open tournament.
There are groups devoted to live chess tournaments such as Untitled Tuesday. That group is open to anyone without a title, and the winners of the tnmts are almost always +2000 strength.
Thanks for the feedback friend, I will do just that, have a good one
