Chess Set Sales Companies-Quality Control ?

As a collector I've had my share of recent chess set purchases from various major vendors over these last several months and yes they were the more high quality expensive sets. I've also read many threads of various problems with quality control.

Y'all need to start paying attention to your customers and get your quality control issues under control. I realize you are in business to make money, but you also have a obligation to deliver to your customers what is pictured on your websites. Frankly, I don't wanna hear it's just a sign of the times or because the stuff was made overseas-You know what I'm talking about-Right? If ya need to charge more, that's fine, but please start delivering to your customers what they are expecting to receive in their shipments to avoid various customer disappointments and problems-There is no excuse-Period ! Also when your orders are not what the customer should have gotten you should not be charging them for the return shipments but sending out call tags to return. When the customer does not get what they paid for it's bad enough, but to make them pay for a return is an outrage.

It's not a matter of money but the principle-I'll be watching.

Yours Truely-The Old School in the good ol USA...Amen!
