Chess Software with Adjournment / Pause Game

I am looking for a software that offers the following: 

(1) allows you to play against an engine, play a long game but also pause/adjourn the game.  Basically, I like playing long games but can't devote 1-2 hours all the time to one sitting (can't figure this out with Fritz or most other software....honestly this seems crazy that you can't adjourn games in most software).

(2) allows you to play engines against engines completely (I tried this in Lucas chess but the engines stop and declares a winner after a certain material advantage)

(3) allows for DGT boards

(4) can see the engine thinking

Lucas Chess seems like a good option, but can't figure out how to have engine vs. engine games without it cutting the games off after a certain material advantage is won.  

Thoughts?

Lucas chess. For engines vs engine you can open two instances of the game and do by yourself the moves in one to the other.

I actually figured out how to have Lucas chess do engine vs. engine - you need to set the parameters so it doesn't declare a win or draw after a certain number of moves or material advantage.
