It will be good to have someone to help you understand your mistakes.You can do it your own , but with someone else you will do it faster and avoid unnecessary loss of time.
I'm currently reading Studying Chess Made Easy by Andrew Soltis, which says that most of the learning should happen alone. Coaches are still useful for pointing out your strengths/weaknesses though, which would allow you to set up an effective study plan.
As long as that tudor isn't Henry VIII
