What is it that you are looking for in the way of a study plan. Do you have any specific chess questions. Are you looking for what I call insight shortcuts? Any question or inquiry?

Hi everyone,
I am a 21 years old student who would like to improve upon his chess skills in the incoming years. I have been playing competitive chess quite seriously in the last 1 and a half years but never quite knew how to study the game effectively. My FIDE rating is around 1600 - 1700, and my ECF one is 142 at the moment.
The reason why I am opening a new topic on chess.com is because I would like to see if anyone is interested and knowledgeable enough to provide some sort of a study plan. I have realised, after weighting lifts and practicing gymnastics while in Higher Education, that I best perform if someone really respectful and knowledgeable in the area has given me goals and/or a schedule to follow.
I understand that services nowadays cost money but would appreciate if the right enthusiastic reader decides to post or direct message me with free of charge ideas, or simply to follow up. There are many titled players registered on chess.com and also really strong ones who are not titled but are good teachers!
My strength is in tactics, closed positions and attacks! However, I have a number of weaknesses. These can be said to be opening repertoire, open positions, defending, strategical thinking and generating a useful long-term plan. In general, my complete idea is to focus on everything by getting my weaknesses to the level of my strengths, and getting my strengths to what is equivalent in FIDE rating - 2000. I currently asses my weaknesses as 1550 - 1650 and my strengths - 1750 - 1850.
If you decide to participate and support, please consider your rating and teaching abilities first. If you are a player with skills equivalent to mine, then I kindly ask you to rather follow this topic, than to participate as if it evolves - then you might benefit as well.
Kind Regards
