Very good Survey.
One question is really questionable.
This diagram is a brilliant Legendary move of Marshal, Qg3!!
Many people may think it is a computer move but it was human move.
Human level also varies a lot. In your positions, all are within 4-5 moves deep tactics, some 2300+ top human can accurately play like computer moves.
