It's not "side to move and win", it is "side to move and play best move". Actually I think it's better this way, no metagame.

I use it with a 4 million games database and stockfish. I do 20 or so positions a day trying to get the best possible score.
Do you know of any program or source code that can take a pgn file and output positions where a tactic type "side to move and win" exists?
Would be nice to run over my 20 year-game database.
